Beginners Crochet or Knitting

Service Description

Rosie began by knitting clothes for all her dollies at a very young age, and never stopped. She taught Cat to knit when Cat was slightly older, and Cat later knitted an entire coat in Arran rather than do her Maths O-Level revision. Rosie hosts craft and knitting classes of her own at other locations so is busier than ever since retiring from teaching. Rosie knits daily and tackles all sorts of projects, from coats for oiled penguins to tiny Valentine tree decorations. Basics covered include choosing wool and needles, casting on, several stitches and casting off. Notes: - Starter kits available if booked in advance, please contact Cat for those. - Cats Craft Chalet is in the enclosed garden of Cat's home, so if you need to bring a child or dog, provided they like cats and other children, do ask for this to be arranged. I'm a working mum, so know how hard it can be to get away sometimes!
